Community Events

A celebration for every season

Spring Hill's small-town bond is perhaps most apparent during our community festivals. Join friends and neighbors to plant a tree at Daffodil Days, make a splash at one of the many Aquatic Center deck parties, cheer on the parade at the Fall Festival, and take in the tree lighting at Hometown Holidays. There's plenty for your family to enjoy together throughout the year!

Hometown Holidays

Held the first Saturday in December in historic downtown Spring Hill, Hometown Holidays is the city's annual Christmas festival. Attendees gather on Main Street for the lighting of the Mayor's Christmas Tree and the arrival of Santa Claus, then visit Main Street shops where crafts, games, and treats await. Interested in participating this year by sponsoring or offering an activity? Download this form to learn more or sign up. You can also call City Hall at 592-3664 for more information.

Fall Festival

With a lively parade, a fair in City Park, the naming of the Citizen of the Year, and a downtown street dance, the Fall Festival is Spring Hill's biggest public event of the year. The 2015 event is on September 19. Check out the Festival website to learn more or contact the Fall Festival Committee.

Deck Parties

There's a party nearly every weekend at the Spring Hill Aquatic Center! Celebrate the start of the Aquatic Center season, Independence Day, our annual Family Luau, and the beginning of the school year with fun parties hosted by the City of Spring Hill. The Spring Hill Recreation Commission hosts a number of parties as well, including Water Safety Day and Teen Night at the Pool.
